This policy explains what information Goldberg Weitz Strategies LLC ("we", "us") collects through goldberg-weitz.com, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and whatever you write in your message.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider processes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use what you send us only to reply to you and to discuss potential work together. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. To understand how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not track you across other websites. It shows us only aggregate figures, such as page views, the countries visitors come from, and the type of device used.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this site: a hosting provider, a form-processing service that delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and a third-party image host that serves some of the photography on the site. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their service, for example your IP address when your browser loads an image. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for ordinary business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have sent us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Email us at info@goldberg-weitz.com and we will help.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
